  99. Thomas J. Reed for Albert Malcom 190th Assault Helicopter Co., Bien Hoa, 1968-69. I am writing for my client Albert Malcom, who was a helicopter mechanic in the 190th Assault Helicopter Co., Bien Hoa from July 1968 to June 1969. In the spring of 1969, he was working at the motor pool when another man names "Jonesy" dropped a hammer that hit him in the mouth. Malcom was seen at the Base Dispensary, but apparently no record was made of the visit. In the 1980's he had nearly all his upper teeth extracted because they were cracked & broken form the incident. The VA has turned down his claim for dental work and I desperately need to find another buddy from the 190th who can confirm this incident for Malcom before 22 August 1998. Many thanks.
